Burj Bank hacked?

A hacker group called "pak cyber hunters" claim to hack Burj bank website and even share the backup of website as they share this screen shot (below) , but the question remains is this real or false news because bank has denied all this, but the real question is that

Is it right to hack others calming that their security is flawed resulting in loss of either financial or reputation or is it not.
